About us
My name is Mandy Heruer.
For years, I helped expats find homes in the Netherlands through my relocation company near Amsterdam. I supported over 700 professionals, students and families and every time, furniture turned out to be the hardest part.
Too many delays. Too many choices. Too much stress.
I created Expat Interiors NL to solve that problem properly.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 8–12 weeks from confirmation.
All furniture, lighting and selected accessories are delivered together, so your home is ready at once.
Can I live in the apartment while I’m waiting for delivery?
Yes. If you need furniture immediately, we offer temporary rental furniture so you don’t have to live in an empty home while waiting for your final interior.
Can I make changes to a package?
No. The furniture packages are fixed in composition.
This allows us to guarantee quality, pricing and delivery times.
During the call, we look together at which package fits your apartment best and advise on suitable accessories and add-ons.
Do I need to have a floor plan?
A floor plan is helpful, but not required.
If you don’t have one yet, you can still submit your request and discuss the details during the call.
How does payment work?
25% down payment after confirmation
Remaining balance on delivery
What if I don’t like the furniture on delivery?
You can inspect everything upon delivery.
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, it can be returned immediately.
There is no risk.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes, prices are including VAT for private customers.
Business purchases can be indicated in the form and handled accordingly.
Is installation included?
Yes. Furniture is delivered and installed so your home is move-in ready.
Is everything delivered at once?
Yes. All furniture and selected add-ons are delivered together in one coordinated delivery.
